How Viewkeeper works

Viewkeeper ships in four steps: brief → package or Custom scope → build in weekly slices → handoff with ownership under your accounts. Typical go-live is 1–6 weeks depending on package (Site, Leads, Ops, Chat, Vision).

1. Brief (same day reply target)

Send what you sell, who it is for, deadline, and budget band. We reply with a recommended package or a Custom outline — not a 40-page pitch deck.

2. Fixed proposal

Scope, SAR range or fixed fee, timeline, and what we need from you (logo, copy, WhatsApp access, cameras). Optional free-of-charge POC = small trial slice before full commit, not free forever work.

3. Build in slices

• VK Site — mobile layout, CTA to WhatsApp/form, basic analytics (1–2 weeks).
• VK Leads — enquiry → sheet/CRM → owner → follow-up (2–3 weeks).
• VK Ops — bookings, reminders, digests (2–4 weeks).
• VK Chat — grounded answers + human handoff (2–4 weeks).
• VK Vision — flags first, human review queue (3–6 weeks).

4. Handoff

You own deliverables once invoices for that scope are paid. Domain, hosting, WhatsApp Business, analytics stay under your org. We leave a system another team can run.

Payment

One-time project fee, or installments up to 12 months (final term on the scope call). Open-ended retainers are not the default.
