Opening rates are on the Packages section: VK Site from about 2,500–4,500 SAR, Leads 4,500–7,500, Ops 3,500–6,500, Chat 4,000–9,000, Vision 8,000–18,000. Custom is quote-only after scope. Final price depends on pages, languages, integrations, and how much content you already have.

Typical windows: Site 1–2 weeks, Leads 2–3 weeks, Ops 2–4 weeks, Chat 2–4 weeks, Vision 3–6 weeks. Multi-path Custom is staged — we ship a first useful slice early, then layer the rest. Delays usually come from missing brand assets or slow feedback, not from “waiting on the studio.”

Send a short brief (what you sell, who it’s for, deadline, budget band). We reply with a recommended package or a Custom scope outline, then a fixed proposal. Optional free-of-charge POC on packages means a small paid trial slice before full commit — not free forever work.

Two display modes: one-time project fee, or installments up to 12 months (opening display — final term is agreed on the scope call). We don’t run open-ended retainers by default; maintenance can be added after launch as a separate agreement.

Yes. RTL layout, Arabic typography, and EN/AR content structure are normal for KSA work. Higher-end Site and Custom scopes include bilingual nav, mirrored pages, and content handoff rules so one language doesn’t break the other.

Yes for Site and Leads: primary CTAs can deep-link to WhatsApp with prefilled text and UTM tracking. Chat can run on WhatsApp Cloud API with the same knowledge base as the site widget. We design the path so staff aren’t drowning in unstructured group chats.

You own the deliverables we ship for your project (code, design files we produce, and content you provide), once invoices for that scope are paid. Third-party accounts (domain, hosting, WhatsApp Business, analytics) stay under your org — we help set them up, we don’t lock you in.

Launch includes a short stabilisation window for bugs in the agreed scope. Ongoing changes, new pages, model retunes, or content ops are optional follow-on work — either small fixed tasks or a light monthly care plan if you want one.

We ground Chat on your approved docs and set refusal + handoff rules: low confidence or sensitive topics go to a human with full context. It’s built for FAQs and routing — not freestyle medical, legal, or financial advice.

Often existing RTSP / IP cameras are enough if resolution and placement are sane. We define a short event list (zones, PPE, intrusion windows, etc.), tune thresholds on sample footage, and ship a review queue so humans accept or dismiss — software flags first, people decide.

Brand basics (logo, colours if you have them), real copy or a draft, product/service list, and access to tools we must connect (domain, WhatsApp, sheet/CRM, cameras). If content is missing, we can structure placeholders — but real photos and clear offers convert better.

We’re a Riyadh studio and build for KSA and the wider GCC. Delivery is remote-friendly with async updates; on-site is available when the scope needs it (e.g. camera placement for Vision).
