Privacy Policy
How Viewkeeper (Riyadh digital studio) handles personal data when you use viewkeepersa.com, our contact form, WhatsApp, or site chat.
Who we are
Viewkeeper is a professional services studio based in Riyadh, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. We build websites, lead systems, ops automation, AI chat, and computer vision for clients in KSA and the GCC. This policy covers data we process as a studio when you contact us or use our marketing site — not data you process inside client systems we build for you under a separate agreement.
What we collect
- Contact form
- Name, email, phone (optional), message / project brief, and any fields you choose to send.
- Messages, media, and phone number you share when you write us on WhatsApp Business (+966 53 118 2200).
- Site chat (if used)
- Messages you type in the on-site assistant, plus technical context needed to reply (e.g. page URL, session id).
- First-party analytics
- Cookieless / first-party event tracking served via
chat-vk.firashome.uk(page views, basic engagement). Separately, the marketing site may load Google Analytics 4 (measurement IDG-V9MCW82FWQ) with IP anonymization for traffic and conversion measurement. Google Ads may load an account tag for measurement linkage when configured; conversion labels (send_to) load only when a conversion action is set. - Technical logs
- Standard server and security logs (IP, user-agent, timestamps) for abuse prevention and reliability.
Why we use it
- Respond to enquiries — quote, scope, and follow up on project briefs.
- Deliver services — when you become a client, to perform the contract and support delivery.
- Improve the site — understand which pages help visitors, fix broken flows, and reduce spam.
- Security & legal — protect systems, enforce terms, and meet lawful requests.
We process this data because you asked us to contact you (pre-contract steps), because we have a legitimate interest in running a secure marketing site and understanding how it is used, or where required by law. Google Analytics 4 is used for site measurement (with IP anonymization). Advertising measurement that uses Google Ads conversion tags is only enabled when those IDs are explicitly configured.
Sharing
We do not sell personal data. We share only what is needed with processors who help us operate:
- Resend — transactional email so form and lead notifications reach [email protected] (and related inboxes).
- WhatsApp / Meta — when you message us on WhatsApp; their terms and privacy policy also apply to that channel.
- Google (Analytics) — when GA4 is loaded on the marketing site, Google processes measurement events under their terms as a processor/sub-processor for analytics. We do not sell personal data to Google for ads by default; Ads conversion tags are separate and opt-in via configuration.
- Hosting & infrastructure — e.g. Cloudflare Pages and related edge services for the public site; chat/API hosts under firashome.uk for first-party tooling.
Processors act on our instructions. We may disclose data if required by Saudi law or a competent authority, or to protect rights, safety, and fraud prevention.
Retention
- Leads & form submissions — kept while we actively discuss a project, then for a reasonable business period (typically up to 24 months) unless you ask us to delete sooner or a longer period is needed for contracts, disputes, or law.
- WhatsApp threads — retained as needed for the conversation and ongoing client work.
- Analytics events — aggregated or short-lived operational retention; not used to build third-party ad profiles by default.
- Security logs — short rolling windows unless investigating an incident.
Cookies & similar tech
The marketing site uses first-party, cookieless analytics for basic usage, and may load Google Analytics 4 for measurement (anonymized IP). Google Ads conversion tags are not required for browsing and load only when Ads measurement is configured. You can control cookies and third-party scripts in your browser; blocking them does not stop you from reading this site or sending a form.
Saudi PDPL (awareness)
We aim to handle personal data in line with the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia’s Personal Data Protection Law (PDPL) and related implementing rules: clear purpose, limited collection, appropriate security, and respect for your rights as a data subject where the law applies. If you are in KSA and want to exercise access, correction, or deletion rights regarding data we hold as controller, contact us using the details below. We may need to verify identity and may retain data where law or a legitimate claim requires it.
This page is general information for our studio site — not legal advice. Client projects may have separate data processing terms in the proposal or MSA.
Security
We use HTTPS, access controls on admin tools, and least-privilege access to lead inboxes. No method of transmission is perfectly secure; if you need to send highly sensitive material, ask us for a preferred channel first.
Children
Our services are for businesses and adult decision-makers. We do not knowingly collect data from children for marketing purposes.
Changes
We may update this policy when our tools or law change. The “Last updated” date at the top will change; material changes may also be noted on the site.
