Challenge
Studio sample · not a client claim. A multi-staff service desk tracked bookings in a calendar, reminders in chat, and end-of-day reports in a spreadsheet. Closing the day meant 40+ minutes of manual merge work.
Approach
- Model the real booking states (requested → confirmed → done / no-show).
- Wire confirmation + reminder messages from the same source of truth.
- Auto-build a daily digest: counts, no-shows, revenue proxy, open tasks.
- Keep a human override path so staff can fix edge cases without breaking the flow.
Solution
A small ops console: bookings in, reminders out, digests on schedule. Nightly copy-paste becomes a morning email staff actually open.
