What you need operationally
Stable camera angles, lighting reality (desert sun, night work), network path, and a named review owner. Without process, dashboards become wallpaper.
Privacy and site rules
Limit retention, restrict access, and align with client HSE policy. Prefer on-prem or private cloud when the client requires it. Scope this before model training talk.
